Canberra set to hit back in Solomons spat

By Raphael Minder in Sydney

Financial Times, Sep 14, 2006

The diplomatic row has underlined tensions sparked by Australia's growing influence and interventionism in the Pacific region, as well as the unstable political situation in the Solomon Islands, which was rocked by serious riots last April.
